REMBRANDT PLUS TOOTHPASTE
Active Ingredient: 0.15% Fluoride Ion from Sodium Monofluorophosphate w/vol%. Other Ingredients: Glycerin, Silica, Carbamide Peroxide, Alumina, Acylated Amylopectins, Flavors, Sodium Citrate, Propylene Glycol, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Papain, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Carbomer, Sodium Saccharin, EDTA
Directions: Adults and children 6 years of age or older, brush teeth thoroughly preferably after each meal or at least twice a day or as directed by a dentist or physician with any Rembrandt toothpaste. Instruct children under 6 years of age in good brushing habits to minimize swallowing and supervise children until capable of using without supervision. For children under 2 years of age, consult a dentist or physician.
REMBRANDT PLUS WHITENING GEL
Directions: Place a thin layer of Rembrandt Plus Whitening Gel into the Comfort-Fit Mouthguards. Place both upper and lower trays into mouth and wear approximately 20-30 minutes, twice a day.
Ingredients: Glycerin, Carbamide Peroxide, Triethanolamine, Carbomer, Flavor Rembrandt Plus Whitening Rinse Active Ingredient: 0.0226% Fluoride Ion from Sodium Fluoride (0.05% wt/vol) Other Ingredients: Water, Glycerin, Hydrogen Peroxide Solution, Sodium Citrate, Cremaphor RH40, Flavor, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Saccharin, Sodium Hydroxide
Directions: Use 2 capfuls and rinse vigorously for 1 minute. For maximum benefit, do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after use.
REMBRANDT PLUS WHITENING RINSE
Active Ingredient: 0.0226% Fluoride Ion from Sodium Fluoride (0.05% wt/vol) Other Ingredients: Water, Glycerin, Hydrogen Peroxide Solution, Sodium Citrate, Cremaphor RH40, Flavor, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Saccharin, Sodium Hydroxide
Directions: Use 2 capfuls and rinse vigorously for 1 minute. For maximum benefit, do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after use.
DIRECTIONS
Step 1 - Prepare. Rembrandt Plus Toothpaste
Brush teeth thoroughly with Rembrandt Plus to clean teeth and prepare surface so teeth will be ready for bleaching.

Step 2 - Bleach. Rembrandt Plus Whitening Gel
Remove cap from syringe, dispense a thin layer of Rembrandt Plus Whitening Gel into the enclosed Comfort-fit Mouthguards. Place upper and lower trays into mouth, and wear approximately 20-30 minutes, twice a day.
Step 3 - Finish. Rembrandt Plus Whitening Rinse
After bleaching, rinse with Rembrandt Plus Whitening Rinse to complete the whitening process. Its alcohol-free formula helps prevent tooth decay, fights plaque build-up, and freshens breath.
